Today was an incredible day mixed with majestic views and meeting new friends. The morning began with the long climb up Chinook pass with incredible views of Mt. Rainier along the way. The climb passed quickly as the views were so spectacular we did not think much about the elevation gain. As we came close to the top we stopped to visit with Don who was a retired projessional photographer. We talked about Water Cycle and I was able to give him a Water Cycle post card. Folks are always fascinated when they find out I'm riding across the country. It's a great conversation starter and almost always leads to the opportunity to share more about our greater purpose. Today I enjoyed Psalms 121 as I rode through the vast mountains.

Oct 29, 2015Today turned out to be a wonderful day of riding and a fun day for Marilyn and me. I left the picturesque town of Monticello, Florida around 8:00am this morning under clear skies and rode 65 miles to Live Oak, Florida where Marilyn and I were joined by our great friends, Scott and Melissa Elliott.
